Vyomedha Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Vyomedha", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect here and how we handle it. It covers this website only — not the Pellid product, which is governed by a separate agreement with each customer.

What we collect

This is a marketing website. We collect very little:

Anonymous analytics. We use a minimal set of cookies to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, broad location (country/region), and device type. This data is not tied to your identity. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Information you choose to send us. If you email us (for a demo, early access, or the Founding Customer Program), we receive whatever you include — your name, company, role, and anything else you write. We use it only to respond to you and to evaluate your interest in Pellid.

We do not operate account sign-ups, payment forms, or credential collection on this website.

How we use it

To keep the site working and improve it. To respond to your enquiries and, with your consent, to follow up about Pellid. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask your consent for analytics cookies. You can choose "Essential only" to decline analytics — the site works fully either way. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you (for example, our email and analytics providers), and only to the extent needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a genuine business interest, then delete them. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Data location & security

We are based in India and incubated at iHub, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
